VILLA POLICLETO  (Sleeps 10 + 4 – approx. 200 m2)

The accommodation includes: 5 double bedrooms, 1 living room with a double sofa bed, a lounge with a double sofa bed, 4  bathrooms with shower, and 2 kitchens, one of which is provided with a fireplace and it can accommodate all the guests. 

The kitchen on the ground floor is provided with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. A washing machine is available with a fixed charge of 3 euros per load. 4 TV sets with satellite receiver for free channels, free Wi-Fi connection on the terrace. There is also a small library with books in several languages available to the guests. All the windows are provided with  mosquito screens. An additional single bed can be provided upon request. 

The decor is a very comfortable and cozy country-style.

Also for the exclusive use of the guests there are a large furnished terrace, a brick barbecue, private parking and a swimming pool (17 m x 4.5 m) with a salt purification system (electrolysis).

The villa can be rented split into apartments in low and medium season

• From 200€ to 400 € daily
