Both Riccardo and I grew up in Florence, but we’ve always dreamed of living in the countryside closer to our beloved horses, and able to enjoy a healthier and less hectic lifestyle. We’ve grown a passion for olive oil, so we now produce an organic extra virgin olive oil and we sell it in Italy and abroad. We both work part-time in Florence, but we are very happy to come back home every day and meet our guests who come from all over the world. We love meeting people from different cultures and build friendly relationships with our guests who often return the following year because they lived an unforgettable experience at Policleto!
